01 // STRUCTURE & ELIGIBILITY

Investor Eligibility & Mandate

Who is eligible to participate in the OneMin Quantitative Fund? +
Participation is strictly restricted to Accredited Investors, Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), and Eligible Contract Participants (ECPs) in accordance with Section 506(c) of Regulation D. We accept allocations from Family Offices, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and High Net Worth (HNW) individuals following institutional KYC/AML clearance.
What is the minimum initial allocation? +
The standard minimum initial subscription is $250,000 USD (or EUR equivalent). Waivers or custom bespoke managed accounts (SMAs) are available for institutional allocators committing $2,000,000+ with dedicated co-located sub-accounts.
What are the lock-up and liquidity redemption terms? +
OneMin offers Monthly Liquidity with a standard 15-calendar-day redemption notice. Capital redemptions are wired directly in USD/EUR from prime custodial accounts to the investor's verified bank account within 3 business days following month-end NAV finalization.
02 // STRATEGY & TECHNOLOGY

Algorithmic Execution & Risk Controls

How does OneMin achieve consistent market-neutral alpha? +
Our models operate on multi-exchange statistical arbitrage, order book imbalance micro-signals, and automated volatility surface modeling. Because strategies are market-neutral (hedging long/short risk simultaneously), returns have near-zero correlation with the S&P 500 or Bitcoin macro market directions.
Where is the execution infrastructure hosted? +
Our high-frequency execution nodes are co-located in Tier-4 data centers directly adjacent to financial matching engines: Equinix LD4 (London Slough), NY4 (Secaucus New Jersey), and ZH4 (Zurich), with cross-connect microwave lines delivering sub-millisecond execution speeds.
What hardware-level risk circuit breakers are active? +
Every single trade passes through FPGA pre-trade risk gates (latency < 50ns). If max drawdown, slippage limit, or margin exposure exceeds 1.5% of tactical threshold, the engine immediately halts fills and enters emergency delta-neutral auto-liquidation.
